First photo together! For those who don’t know, YES, we met on Bumble!

Toronto, Canada – Our first adventure together! Dan surprised Ella with a spontaneous weekend getaway, where we made it all the way to the top of the CN Tower.

Our first concert together was Foals in November 2016. We were so caught up in the moment that we forgot to take a photo—so I guess it never happened, right? But this photo is from our first music festival together, where we eagerly waited to see Phoenix perform.

Iceland – Our first international trip together to see the Golden Circle. We may or may not have gotten a speeding ticket in Reykjavik.

We hosted our first joint Halloween birthday party in New York with all our friends. And yes, we went all in—Ella as Darth Vader and Daniel as Obi-Wan Kenobi. May the Force be with us...

Our first trip to Boulder, Colorado, where we explored all of Daniel's favorite spots from his time living there. Ella had a blast reliving Daniel’s life at the Sundown Saloon.

Bogotá, Colombia – Our most impromptu trip: After a few drinks, we spontaneously booked tickets for the following weekend. We immersed ourselves in the local culture and enjoyed some of the best street empanadas.

Florence, Italy – our all time favorite trip together.

Saigon, Vietnam - Our first trip to Asia together, exploring local craft breweries and traveling along the Mekong River!

Our first Christmas tree together! It was a bit rough around the edges (red balls everywhere!), but we've definitely stepped up our ornament game since then!

CDMX, Mexico - Out of all the places we've traveled, we keep coming back to Mexico City (a total of 8 times now!). Fun fact: We even lived here for an entire month while working from home in 2022!

Secret Island, Hawaii — Spending Thanksgiving with the family and enjoying crystal-clear water!

Victoria Island, Canada – We always love it when our best friends show us around their city, sharing the places and experiences that make it so special to them.

Finally, having the courage to quit our jobs and leave our beloved NYC to travel the world for 10 months.

The first stop of our sabbatical was spending Christmas in Manila, Philippines, with Ella's family.

Phuket, Thailand – Getting engaged on this beautiful island, surrounded by our best friends, was a moment we’ll never forget. And yes, Daniel was wearing a banana shirt.

Langkawi, Malaysia – Realizing that we absolutely love anything water-related, from beaches and boat rides to island-hopping on a jet ski!

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – One of our favorite memories from our sabbatical was visiting the lively city of Rio and discovering our love for ribeye, picanha, and água com gás!

Milan, Italy – You’d think that after traveling so much in 2023, we’d slow down—but here we are in 2024, still going strong! Together, we’ve explored 25 countries, and now we can't wait for our next adventure and to celebrate with everyone who means the most to us in one of our favorite places—Bali!
